A person is hired by a organization then this relationship is saved in party relationship entity or employment entity?

Hello everybody.

I am customizing HR component, and i need to save employment relationship. I read in nine chapter of data model 1, then this relationship is saved in employment entity, but i seen in demo trunk of Ofbiz, then it is save in party relationship,

Can anybody explain for me? thank your for help?
