Accounting Preference

Hello,

I am new to Ofbiz.. I was going through the product. I couldn't get the Buisness Requirement for "Invoice Id Prefix", "Last Invoice Number", "Quote Id Prefix", "Last Quote Number" etc..

Can any of you please tell me how that makes and effect in the newly created Organization.
