Allow user to give a name to the job he is scheduling

Peter Goron
Hi ofbizians,

Does it make sense for you, if I add a new optional parameter called
"job name" to job scheduling interface in webtools application ?

Currently when you manually schedule a job, you can not give a name to
the job and it appears in the job list as a integer without meaning for
end users.

If you think it can be usefull for Ofbiz, I can write a patch and submit
it on JIRA.
