Anyone tried WellmanPsychology.com? Thinking of starting therapy again and curious

yonemec
Hi everyone,

I’ve been circling the idea of getting back into therapy for a while now. Life’s been throwing curveballs, and I’ve realized some patterns I keep repeating are probably worth unpacking with someone who knows what they’re doing.

I came across WellmanPsychology.com during one of those late-night rabbit holes where you start with "best therapist near me" and end up on a dozen different websites. Their site felt more approachable than most. Not overly polished or vague. They seem to specialize in things like anxiety, self-worth, and life transitions, which is kind of the zone I’m in right now.

Before I reach out, I wanted to check if anyone here has worked with them. What was the vibe like? Was the therapist easy to talk to? Did the sessions actually help you move forward, or did it feel more surface level? I know therapy is different for everyone, but hearing about someone else’s experience would definitely help me feel more confident about taking that first step.

Thanks in advance if you're willing to share. Even small insights would be appreciated.
