I noticed the Apache Jira issues started with a number lower than the one we
left off at on the old Jira site. This got me to thinking about future OFBiz
users who search the mailing lists for answers/tips. If a solution found in the
mailing list refers to a Jira number, how will the user know which Jira it
refers to?
I'd like to suggest setting the new Jira site to continue the numbering sequence
used on the old Jira site.
