Are we ready to start a vote for the release 09.04.02?

Hi all,

can I start a vote to release a new bug fix release for the 09.04 series?
According to our release conventions and plan, the release name will be "Apache OFBiz 09.04.02" and it will be based on the branch 09.04 at release 1232542 (i.e. latest revision of that branch).

If there are no objections I will create a release tag, prepare and sign the release file and publish it for your review in my Apache page, and then start the vote in 24 hours.
