I am facing an issue with one of my Outlook profiles. I have an old OST file from a deactivated Exchange account, and I need to convert several important emails into MSG format for documentation and sharing purposes. The main concern is that no data (attachments, formatting, metadata, inline images, etc.) should be lost during the conversion. I have tried a couple of manual tricks like exporting through Outlook, but since the OST is from an orphaned profile, Outlook does not open it. What are the reliable methods to convert OST emails to MSG without losing any data?
