Best Way to Organize Family Tasks in a Shared Calendar?

I'm drowning in family chaos – soccer practices, doctor appointments, grocery runs... you name it. Tried writing everything on a whiteboard, but someone always erases things. Is there a better way to sync schedules without losing my mind? Preferably something digital that everyone can access?
