Billing-Account Lookup does not work

Is it correct that Billing-Account lookup is not functional, or is not
implemented yet?

 

When I try this function from the form button in invoices, or in payments it
gives the same error message:

 

org.ofbiz.webapp.control.RequestHandlerException: Unknown request
[LookupBillingAccount]; this request does not exist or cannot be called
directly.
