Bullet proofing code

BJ Freeman
Love that Term Bullet proofing.
My definition is that the code recovers from an error in such a way that
the user can continue.
this can be:
1) by redirecting the user to the appropriate input to correct a problem
2) having a EECA run to provide the addition information the redirect
the user back to the place they were.
I suggest as first step having an umbrella JIRA then let user input sub
task of place that errors happen so that area can be looked at.
