Hi everyone,
I am wondering if there is a tutorial for the CRM in OFBIZ please?
We are thinking of using the CRM. We have both B2B and B2C customers. When
a user registers, we would like it to be automatically inserted into either
the B2B or B2C group in CRM. Then later we would like to bundle it with
each one's sales figure etc, so that we can apply different pricing and
promotions. We may also want to generate BI report for different group of
customers. Is this possible please? Thanks very much.
