Can't install. Tried for DAYS! Help

I tried to install ofbiz on a new ubuntu 18.04 instance.  I can't get it going.  I'm shooting in the dark and hitting nothing.  See below.  I know it isn't much to go on, but I really don't know what else to provide.

Let me add - Same message on 16.11.05 and 16.11.04.
