Can we "archive" the "Screen Widget Redesign" version in Jira?

I am doing some cleanup in Jira versions and I would like to "archive" the "Screen Widget Redesign" version: there are currently 3 tasks there (all resolved); this change will not affect them (the only effect will be that the "version" will disappers from the valid values in the drop down when you create a new ticket).

Can I proceed?
