Can we remove dropping crumbs theme?

Since the tomahawk theme is the evolution of the dropping crumbs theme
I think we could remove it.
What do you think?

It's been around long enough that there may be others with themes derived from it (in fact I know of at least one custom one that is). Of course, any themes that are built on it can just copy over any files they were referring to from the original theme.

In any case, we unfortunately have a backward compatibility issue with this too. On the other hand, it's not a major one and maybe shouldn't matter and we should toss it anyway.

When we introduced Tomehawk we decided to create a different theme and
not change Dropping Crumbs to avoid issues to Dropping Crumbs users
but now Tomahawk seems good enough.
