Clean install, but still see error: java.lang.Exception: Stack Trace

I use Windows 10 Pro x64, PostgreSQL 9.6.3
I try to install a clean instance of OFBiz 16.11.02, but I still see error:

What does it mean? How to avoid this error?

Hi Donhu,

This has been fixed in Release 16,, and will be available in 16.11.03.
If you want to use latest Release code then please checkout from svn or
wait till next minor release.
Just for your info 16.11.03 release vote
