Community Day Update and Sprint Reports

Sharan-F
Hi Everyone

Here is a brief update of the details we captured from the Community Day that was held on Saturday 19th March 2016.

Community Day Sprint
I created a Jira sprint for the Community Day and asked people to add any Jira tasks they were working on to the sprint.  The sprint period ran from 18th – 25th March 2016 so that we could capture any work that was done either side of the Community Day to allow for other timezones. We recorded that 15 Jira issues were worked on and that 6 were closed during the sprint. Please see the link below for the sprint report.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=64&view=reporting&chart=sprintRetrospective&sprint=228

(I thought that we had closed more issues but perhaps they were not included in the sprint so are not showing as part of the reported figures.)

OFBiz Kanban Board

I've also created a Kanban board for the project so anyone interested can see it at the link below: (Note the default period is the last 3 months)

https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=74&view=reporting&chart=controlChart

Thanks again to everyone that participated in the Community Day. Everything that was done, however small is a welcome contribution to the project. We can now thinking about our next Community Day which is planned for is Saturday 18th June 2016

Any feedback and comments welcome.

Thanks
Sharan

Works here, must have been a Confluence transient issue

I completely forget to put the issues I worked on/closed during this period. Is it necessary/possible to reopen in order for me to add those issues now?

Thanks
