Well with all the discussion about not add anything new to ver 4.0, have
a proposition.
I have been reviewing code between my ver, ver 4.0 and the trunk.
I find some the things that are in ver 4.0 and the trunk so yes they
should be brought over.
However I find what I consider to believe harmless, as far a bug
generation, but helpful snippets that would be nice to be in ver 4.0.
so is there any problem with me putting patches in to be considered.
here is one
The test parm is tested better in trunk that in ver4.0 so will not cause
the code to go into production instead of test mode, in the
Authorize.net code.
