I've been using configurable items with no issues to this point. However,
the items that are configurable never had their price affected by the configurations. I'm now trying to set up an Item [configurable Item] with a multi choice configuration (which is only 2 now until I can get it to work) It's either Bacon or No Bacon. I've added my Bacon [Finished Good] to the configurations screen where you can specify a product for a configuration item. I've also set the price as [component price]. The journal (i think thats what it's referred to) on the left (the "virtual receipt" before printing shows the price the Bacon as .75$ but the grand total of the receipt isn't picking it up. Am I missing something here? It' looks a little something like this. GRILLED HAM AND CHEESE...............5.25 .......EX BACON....................................0.75 . . . . Tax.....................................................0.32 . Grand Total.........................................5.57 So you can see it's doing tax fine.... But it's not adding in that .75 that it's displaying. Any thoughts? Am I missing something dumb? |
Could you send me the XML for the item you added? There are some quirks to the way that configurable item prices are displayed vs how they are entered.

Yeah I was just in there goofing around and I'm not sure at all how to
export just one specific Item. Do you want add-on item (backon) or the configurable item (the sandwich.) Let me know... Thanks!
