Configure product in Order Manager?

Hi,

 

I've setup a product (product A) to be a "Configurable Good". I've set up
several configurations for product A.

Ordering this product via Order Manager->Order Entry just adds the product.

I am unable to find a way to configure the product.

Is there a way to set this up in Order Manager or via the Catalog or some
other means?
