Step #7.
Maintenance frequency can be by meter reading or time period (temporal expression). There are a couple of example maintenances set up in the demo data. The demo data could be more complete, but there should be enough there to get you started. Maintenance procedures are work efforts. I have a question related to an asset that I feel is relevant:
Is there a difference in the business logic in OFBiz if the Company owns the Asset or is renting the Asset. It should be a difference in the accounting processing of rented versus owned asset, but is there done any considerations related to Asset in that respect in OFbiz?
