For Windows- This method is to copy the data by exporting .pst file from Outlook

Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook. Step 2: Go to File and click on Open & Export. Step 3: Click the Import/Export button. Step 4: Select Export to a file and click Next. Step 5: Click on Personal Folder File(.pst) and then click on Next. Step 6: Now in the Export Personal Folders, check if Include subfolders are selected. Hence all the file will be exported. Step 7: Save the exported file and click on Finish.

This exported file will be the required PST file which contains all the emails and other data. Now open Mac iOS and then click open Outlook if it is already available or can download it for free for 30-days to extract the PST file. Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook. Step 2: Choose File and then go to Import. Step 3: Now select Outlook Data File(.pst) and click Next. Step 4: Then select Outlook for Windows Data File(.pst) and click Next. Step 5: Locate the .pst file exported from Windows, select and click Import. This file will be stored in the Outlook folder. Now Open On My Computer, drag the folder on the desktop and those files will be converted to MBOX format suitable to use in Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Netscape, etc.
