Manual Method for Migrating Thunderbird to Outlook
The manual steps might be a bit difficult for the non-technical user but if you still want to process it then you can follow the method given below. I also want to warn you that you cannot follow the steps below with a newer version of MS Outlook

First, install and configure the Eudora email client with a dummy account.
Go to the Mozilla Thunderbird default location and copy the MBOX file (remember: Thunderbird doesn't show the MBOX data mail extension).
Open Eudora mailbox location and paste Thunderbird email data then change file extension: filename.mbox == filename.mbx
Run Microsoft Outlook and click the File tab to select the Import-Export tool
Select "Import Internet mail and address" and click the Next button.
Select the option "Eudora (Pro and Lite) 2x, 3x, 4x" and press the Next button again.
To add a Thunderbird mailbox, click the Browse button and navigate to the destination of the Eudora mailbox add it.
Save location in Outlook folder and click on Finish button.
To avoid any kind of error in this process, keep a backup of the mailbox in advance so that the mailbox is not damaged. Also, note that the above steps cannot be followed with corrupted Thunderbird mailboxes.
