Could not find a valid price for the product with ID

Starting up a new ofbiz with aug code.
I am using the backend only.
went thru the production setup pdf.
I added a new product and pricing.
then went to Order entry and selected product.
when I click on add product, I get the error in the subject.

does something need to be added to the section in the production setup
on products?
