Create New Supplier Screen

I could not find the create new supplier screen in the ofbiz system.
please help me where can I find this screen, and in which ofbiz version

 but this screen is actually used for view party details inside the ofbiz system,

 i know that we can create a party or a party group then we can assig a party role with supplier,
 but my question is the supplier create screen should look like create customer screen inside the SFA component. by default we can see this links talk about the create new supplier.

 but in the default ofbiz system there is no such screen.
 i think it's a different version for the ofbiz

create new supplier button in the product-supplier screen is not there in 10.04, 11.04 and 12.04.
But if you want to create new supplier from product->supplier screen, It can easily be done with some customization.

 I will create a new purchase component then i will create the create supplier screen with search screen, the next step i will move the purchase order from order mgr to the new sub system called purchase.
