Creating organization structure and display in humanres tree

Hi,

I'm trying to create an organization structure like Company->Department->Division->Section.
Is it possible to have sub nodes for a party of type PERSON?

A department is head by a party of type PERSON and there are other people working under it. Even if I create that relationship in PartyRelationship table, it doesn't reflect in the tree (humanres > Main).

Any solution for this?
