Customizing the look of Bar Code

Hi all, I'm trying to customize the look and feel of Bar Codes in OFBiz. I tried this on ProductBarCode.fo.ftl. I found that it is using http://barcode4j.krysalis.org/ns as an API. Now, as I did earlier, it seems that it is quite easy to edit the fields in this file but even if I made changes like changing the format of Product ID, altering its alignment format, adding something more, changes are not being reflected. Suppose I need to change the position, layout of Bar Code, adding some more information in Bar Code, how it is possible to do that and why my changes are not being displayed. Ajey.
