Debug the OFBiz - POS application in eclipse

Hi,

I need to debug the OFBiz - POS application in eclipse. I am not able to
start POS - Server in Eclipse, by using  java -jar ofbiz.jar -pos
Kindly help me how to start pos server in eclipse.
