Demo-stable (r13.x) is broken

It seems that demo stable is broken at several components/applications.

OrderMgr - requirements

   - Overview of requirements (find requirements) shows error for
   requirement start date
   - View of requirement (edit requirement) shows error for requirement
   start data - no possiblity to process form

Error thrown: org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error
rendering screen
[component://common/widget/CommonScreens.xml#GlobalDecorator]:
java.lang.NullPointerException (null)


Manufacturing

   - Overview of production runs (find production runs) shows error for
   start date
   - View of production run (edit production run) shows error for start date

The error thrown: org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error
rendering screen
[component://common/widget/CommonScreens.xml#GlobalDecorator]:
java.lang.NullPointerException (null)
