Details Of Party in PDF attachment

Hi,
     I should get the details(telephone number, email) of the party which i am booking in the Pdf attachment. Please help me out.

To be more clear i am a logged in user and i can book some items to a customer who comes to me.... i will be entering the details of him.... where automatically a party id will be created and information will be stored under that. I want those details in PDF attachment while we send email. So please help me how to get those details . Thanks in advance.
