Dev - partyrelationship fields

Hi David,

I know we've been going back and forth on the new
PartyRelationship.securityGroupId field.  I also wanted to ask what you
thought of adding a field to describe the status of the relationship and
possible another one (or two if we want to rate it both ways) to rate
the relationship?  It seems that if two parties can have multiple
relationships, then a logical place for relationship atatributes is in
PartyRelationship.

What do you think?
