Dev - updateWorkEffortContactMech service definition is missing

Hi,

I've noticed that the updateWorkEffortContactMech service definition is
missing; the service is implemented in the WorkEffortSimpleServices.xml
file (and it is also invoked there by another service).

However, without the service definition it cannot really work.

Can anybody in this list commit it or should I try to recreate it?
