Did anyone here notice a real difference after trying it for a while?

Hey everyone! I recently came across the concept of grounding, and I’m really curious to hear from people who have actually tried it. I’ve been struggling with sleep issues and occasional anxiety, and I read that grounding can help with both. But is it really that effective? I already love spending time outdoors, so maybe I should be more intentional about walking barefoot or even trying a grounding mat. It sounds like a simple change that could make a big difference!
