Display uploaded image issue from product content page.

Hi All,

We are uploading images from product content view, functionality is working fine but we have to refresh the page to see the changes(uploaded image). But on my local system and staging server image reflects on same time in view after uploaded on my product content page. We have checked it by disabling the cache but not effected. Can any one have any idea why this happening and how we can fix it.
