You might also use directly SQL queries, as it's done at
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/EntitySQLProcessor(see EntitySQLProcessor.groovy for code clues)
But as well explained Paul, it's not the recommend way of doing and should only be reserved to cases where the Entity Engine is not
capable of doing. I never crossed a case...
FYI, Atlassian Jira is using the OFBiz Entity Engine underneath (for almost a decade now)
