Don't allow combining two promo

Hi,

I created two promo code: the first promo "10off" is to give user 10% discount if the user buys 12 products; the second promo "20off" is to give user 20% discount. How to configure the first promo so it is NOT used if the second promo "20off" is used?

This 2010 post said OFBiz doesn't support it. I just wonder if it still isn't supported.
