Drop Down filter on Security Basis

Hi,
i am  customizing  Quote form and i want to add a  Drop Down name "Quote Approver"  in form.This Drop Down display all the records of  only Quote Approvers (Which record has a permission or security group of Quote Approving ), and submit the form. After submitting the form quote will create and send the record to selected  Approver for approving the Quote.
Please help me
