1. How do you filter out .jar files from the Project Explorer? From what I
read, I should select "Libraries from external", but that does not seem to work. 2. How do I specify that I want spaces for tabs in the default Eclipse XML text editor? Thanks, -Al |
Hi,
For 1°, click on the small triangle in the "Package Explorer View", select "Filters" then check the prebuild filter "Libraries in project". For 2°, I didn't see a way to specify tabs as spaces, I just see that you can change the size of the tabulation. By default it is 4. If you want to change that, I guess you have to go to "Window", "Preference", "General", "Editors", "Text Editors". Hope it helps, Bye, Cédric -----Message d'origine----- De : Al Byers [mailto:[hidden email]] Envoyé : lundi 22 janvier 2007 17:12 À : [hidden email] Objet : Eclipse 3.2 preference questions 1. Thanks for you help, Cédric, but I do not see a "Libraries in project" item
in the list.I am running Eclipse 3.2.1, M20060921-0945. -Al On 1/22/07, PRONZATO Cedric RD-BIZZ-GRE <[hidden email]> wrote: > > Hi, > > For 1°, click on the small triangle in the "Package Explorer View", select > "Filters" then check the prebuild filter "Libraries in project". > > For 2°, I didn't see a way to specify tabs as spaces, I just see that you > can change the size of the tabulation. Hum, It is in my eclipse 3.2 version. Did you used the scrollbar? If it is still not, just make your filter using the pattern '*.jar'.
