Editing backend menu of OFBiz

Hey everybody,

i want to edit the backend menu of OFBiz. My goal is to add some menu entries to the application menu and when you press on them i want to show specific informations in the middle of the page. Since iam a newbie with OFBiz i have some trouble to find the code which defines the menu. It would be great if i could get some tips how to do it.
