My client is considering using the entity sync feature of OFBiz, but
they are unwilling to commit to it unless they know of some current installations that are using it. Is anyone using entity sync currently who wouldn't mind making it known to the public? I just need a company name, or a link to a website. -Adrian |

Hi Adrian,
I'd have loved to help you on this, but unfortunately I had only one experience and the result is contained in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Sync+Setup+Notes+and+Example. This page, wich contains the much advanced help, was created by Vincent Clark from Global Era http://vs.technologyevaluation.com/fr/t-alphabet-3-G-13608/Vendors-Alphabetically/G/Global-Era.html (http://www.globalera.com does no exist anymore). I completed the page in fall 2009. I have any contacts with my client now (who was not Vincent Clark) Some say that it does not work, I'd not say that, for me it works but is very sensible and there are maybe still issues ... Thanks Jacques! Maybe this will be an opportunity for me to work on it
so it is more reliable. I just finished the SyncML integration, and maybe I can apply some of what I learned there to entity sync. -Adrian On 26/05/2011 14:55, Jacques Le Roux wrote: > Hi Adrian, > > I'd have loved to help you on this, but unfortunately I had only one > experience and the result is contained in > https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Sync+Setup+Notes+and+Example. > This page, wich contains the much advanced help, was created by > Vincent Clark from Global Era > http://vs.technologyevaluation.com/fr/t-alphabet-3-G-13608/Vendors-Alphabetically/G/Global-Era.html > (http://www.globalera.com does no exist anymore). > > I completed the page in fall 2009. Great! Will you contribute the SyncML integration?
