Error staring ofbiz, opentaps - Cannot init() jotm-container

Hello:
Downloaded opentaps-0.9.2, unzipped, nothing special.
Trying to start as per documentation - gettting this error
org.ofbiz.base.start.StartupException: Cannot init() jotm-container (Unable
to bind UserTransaction/
TransactionManager to JNDI (null))

You most likely have something running on the port
that JOTM is trying to use.  you can

a)stop what ever is running on that port
b) change jotm's port
