ou want to export Thunderbird emails to Outlook, so you have to convert the MBOX files into PST format and then import it into Outlook. There is a manual method for this conversion, you can follow the steps for this:

1. Go to File >> Open & Export >> Import/Export >> Click on Import and Export to launch import/export wizard in MS Outlook
2. Now, choose Import Internet Mail and Addresses >> Click on Next
3. Click on Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x,… >> Click Next button
4. MBOX file emails will be moved in MS Outlook
