Does the free shipping promotion work in the svn trunk...
I am having trouble with it and looks like it might have been commented
out in
org.ofbiz.order.shoppingcart.ShoppingCart.java source file in the
public List makeAllAdjustments()
method.
I am not sure if this is the correct code path as I am new to this code
base.
