Form Widget <check all-checked="true"> not checking title checkbox

Hey community,

When using form widget element <check all-checked="true"> the checkbox
included in the title that controls checking and unchecking all
checkboxes does not get checked.  Am I missing something or is this a
bug worthy of a JIRA issue?

Seems to work here (trunk HEAD) https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/EditProductFeatures?productId=GZ-1006 with default theme

Which theme did you use?
