Form widget <drop-down> <entity-option> can have OR contraint applied?

I'm creating a form widget with a <drop-down> and need the
<entity-options> to be contrained with an OR condition.  This doesn't
seem to be supported.  Can someone confirm and should a JIRA issue be
created?

Disregard.  IN operator handles it.
