From where to start with ofbiz?

I've just started looking at ofbiz. I have to implement an online shop.

I've found to ofbiz documentation pages quite old (from 2005, 2006, etc.) the demo site /ecommerce quite all.

Where shall I look to start building a "normal" online shop (as many others) with ofbiz? thanks.
