Did you try the documentation on OFBiz site? http://ofbiz.apache.org/ 
has every thing you would need to know about OFBiz.

ofbiz has an eccommere Application.
It is not like Oscommerce that mains function is to be a Ecoomerce
Application.
for instance you will find the paypal code in the accounting section.

Note if you to to the demo site you will see the logos for paypal.
this and the documentation are all available from the ofbiz home page.
