GSoC and OFBiz

Hi all,

I'm planning to propose a gsoc (http://www.google-melange.com/) project
for OFBiz and act as a mentor for it. This would be based on tests and
quality. In mind, I have :
* integrate webdriver and run functionnal tests easily
* make the separation between test and application code

I just have this at this time, and will create a JIRA issue with those
points. If you have any comments, or needs/idea, please contribute !
