Git Repo Not Syncing

Hey Devs, 

Just a FYI is anyone is using the Git repo rather than the SVN that it has stopped syncing on the 22nd. I have created a issue with Infra https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4713 so hopefully they will get it sorted soon.
