Hi, i am very new to ofbiz, and i don't have a strong java background. When i search for the configuration details of ofbiz i found a link (

Most of the documents recommends the modifications of existing demo data to configure ofbiz. Such as edit the party(cm=company) to create the organization and edit the eCommerce store to create a e-store.
Is it possible to create ofbiz organization and start with a fresh database, and link with my own multiple e-stores under same organization which is capable to handle their transaction, catalogs and stores separately.
