Hey everyone, I run a small business and we’ve been growing steadily over the last year. One thing that keeps coming up in customer feedback is the unboxing experience. Right now we’re just using standard packaging, nothing fancy, but I’ve been thinking about stepping it up with something that really reflects our brand. Like fully custom printed boxes, inserts, maybe even QR codes or some kind of branded sleeve.

I came across a company called Microforum (https://www.microforum.ca/) and they offer bespoke packaging and digital printing services, which seems like exactly what I need. I haven’t worked with a packaging company before so I’m curious—has anyone here gone through this process? What should I look out for when choosing a supplier? Did the upgrade in packaging actually help with customer perception or sales?

Would love to hear your experiences or any tips you’ve got. Trying not to blow the budget but also want to make a memorable impression.
